Dear Family,

Hows the family doing? I can see that dad is looking really good. Also I was looking at some pictures of when I left and I am skinnier, a lot more skinnier. The walking is helping to be skinnier. I dont know how many miles we walk but it gets tiring. Hey but this week Ive been able to see a progress in the zone and I think we will have a really good month for feburary. This week there was a funny story that happened to me and my companion. Also yesterday was my companions birthday and we celebrated.

Im really excited to keep working for the Lord here in Lima Peru and being able to share that Love to the rest of the people. THis week we have been getting ready our family that is going to get baptised and married on the 29th and 30th. We are super happy for them and the decision they have taken to follow the Lord. We are trying to bring more people unto the Lord. I think with the faith me and my companion have that we are going to baptise 20 people for febuary. We are excited.

This week I would like just to tell you a small story about the time my companion hit a blind guy. This week i would like to write you guys a funny story. WHen we are in the streets me and my companion are usually walking really fast. We have gotten in the habit to walk fast and have a firm mind. WHen we walk we sometimes talk about different things. Me and him were talking about some things about the work or funny things that happen in Peru. While we were walking my companion was looking at me. Infront of him was blind guy that was walking. He then ran into him with shoulder. THe blind guy then said "OWWWWee" My companion looked and it was blind guy that was walking. He was pretty distracted too. THen my companion said "I thought he would see me". After he said that I laughed so hard becuase of course he cant see and by him saying that it made it ironic. We both laughed for some time.

THis week has been full of ups and downs. We are really happy to keep working with the zone. We are trying to fix some problems that are happening.

I will talk to you guys soon.

LOve you guys.

Elder Parra
