Wow wow wow. I really cant believe how fast this week has gone. Through the diligence that I have given to the Lord the days feel like hours haha. Its really weird. I love to work in the service of God and get the opportunity to serve the other missionaries. This week I have learned a lot on how to take the initiative of things. 

I recognize now the importance of my patriarchal blessing and the blessings I have received from the Lord. I try to thank him each day and I ask the spirit to show me how I may be more like Him every day. 

Today I would like to write to you guys a little about who's in my ward and so that you guys know what we do here. 

So we are three zone leaders in charge of 23 missionaries. This week I have been able to go visit them and know that each missionary has their own background and difficulties. I found out that some are converts and whats their situations at home. I'm sending some numbers we have to fill out every week for each area that we are in charge of. 

The Lord has blessed me to get to know them and try to help them every time I go. Every Monday we have to do 8 informes (reports) and then after that write our family. On Tuesday we have a reunion in the mornings and we give training on the things the missionaries need to get better at. 

On Wednesday we usually do something called lamanitas to other missionaries to see if they are obeying the rules. On Thursdays we do some more lamanitas and each day we have 2 work visits. 1 of us stays in the area and the other 2 go visit other missionaries. 

On Friday we do something called planificacion semanal. (weekly planning) We do it with other missionaries and help them with their teaching. Really I can say that one of my spiritual gifts is the ability to talk with the power of god. I have given so much of my effort to follow the spirit and the Lord has blessed me with knowledge. 

On saturday we do more work visits and we usually work in area really hard so that on Sunday we have investigators in the church. By this routine we are busy all the time. We literally take care of all the things that happen during the week and if there is an emergency. At the same time I try to study and do the things the Lord asks us. Oh also every night we call some missionaries that are called district leaders. We ask them for numbers on how the other missionaries are doing it. 

This change has opened my eyes a lot and really has brought me to know how the church that Christ established is organized. Also how it is a perfect organization on how to bring more souls unto God. I know this is the true church and the only one of the Begotten. I love you guys. I hope you have a good week. 

Oh yeah I sent some pictures of a family we married and the wife got baptized yesterday. It was an awesome experience to feel the spirit of love the Lord has for his children. We are also going to marry another family on the 14th of this month and they are going to get baptized too.
