Wow Wow wow their is a lot that has happened this week that just passed. I have a new companion, a new area, and a new ward. My companions name is Elder Guerrero and he's from Tumbis, Peru. The ward I am in is called the San Carlos Ward and Im in the Zone San Felipe. ITs really close the my first area that I had in the mission. Its super weird being so close to the first area where i first came.
Yesterday, I saw an old friend from my first ward that now is my ward. It was so awesome to see him and weird at the same time. My area is all flat again and "pituka" which means rich. The people area little bit harder of heart but we have a lot of families that have the potential of being married and baptizing them next month. We have a baptism this Friday which is awesome.
This week I have learned the potencial we have as missionaries if we work at it everyday. This week we have been super obidient and the Lord has blessed with 4 families that we are teaching. We are going to marry two of them this coming month in august and baptize them. We have to be really diligent and work hard to bring souls unto Christ.
I'm super happy with the ward that I am at and the people we have progressing and the lord has blessed us for being obedient and hard working. We need to do everything for the Lord so that we can stand blameless before God in the Last day so those people we teach and bring can stay active in the church.
We will see how this week goes but I like the scripture that President Eyring used once in a conference its Doctrine and Covenants 107 verses 99-100 Every man should now his duty and then work with all diligence to accomplish his duty."
I know this church is true and I'm grateful for this time I have to work in his vineyard. The time goes by so fast after this change I will have 1 year in the mission field. That is really crazy. Today we are going to chilies to eat so don't worry about me haha.
Talk to you soon. Miss you guys but keep it up.
