Hey my dear family Hows it going? Miss all of you guys. Cant wait to see you guys again in the future

This week I have been working really hard with my companion and we are getting a long really well. We have been working with our investigators and getting a few ready for baptism. We have a family that is going to get married and baptized in december. They are Villa T family. They are awesome and some of the coolest people I've ever met.

We have also been working with a sister that has had a lot of problems in the past but now that we found her she is taking everything really well. She is going to be baptized in december too. Her name is Carmen R.. Im super happy for this two families that they are taking the right steps to be baptized. Me and my companion are working with them to get to know a lot of the members to feel welcome.

This week President Erickson talked to us and gave us a training to 3 zones that are in our area. He talked about some really interesting things that literally blew my mind. I think that our mission president is going to be a 70 for the area. He knows so many scriptures and loves learning. He talked about repentance and how sometimes like missionaries we focus on baptism but the step before that is the most important. We cant get baptised if we dont sincerely repent. He talked how God being all powerful and mighty cant save us, literally cannot save us if we are sinning. He shared a scripture that is in Alma 42: I think its 13 in one of the versus it says that God is justice and mercy but one can't overcome the other. God literally cant save us unless we repent. A lot of people today think that we can repent like the next week or in the future but in reality the desires that we have in this life are going to be the same in the next life.

That to me blew my mind God being all powerful, able to move mountains, build galaxies, and create life on this earth but he CANNOT save us if we don't repent of our sins. Thats why he gives us our agency to choose if we do the right thing or the bad.

Man I love the mission. You learn so many awesome things and meet a lot of amazing people. Also just to finish this week we found a scorpion under a rock and Im sending you a picture. I know this Church is true and I dont have a doubt in my mind that this is the church that Jesus Christ established. Love you Guys so much!. Talk to you next week!!!!!
